Book Review – Total D*ck (Bad Bitch #3) – Christina Saunders

Scarlett is a lady.  Straight from the New Orleans richest and most prominent. Act a polish way. Dress a elegance way. And marry only from other prominent families. She went against her mother by becoming a lawyer instead of finding a suitor. So Scarlett is the lead for her firm’s new client. She has to prove to herself that she can do this.

Kennedy is a manwhore. This man does not do seconds and takes what he wants, when he wants. Being from a family of lawyers, he has that badass intellect of being a lawyer.

Scarlett knows what type of man Kennedy is, but being realistic on the type of lawyer she needs, she knows Kennedy is the lawyer for the job. From the second she meets him, it’s a hard battle. She can’t stand his whorish advances towards her. But her body… loves it. And there is the problem.

While working close together on this case, plus the Hacker Carey, they start experiencing some major issues on the case and the attraction they share.  Crazy and Rough can describe both the case and the attraction.

Kennedy is hilarious with all his comebacks. Even through all this craziness they are opening up in the case. He still keeps him funniness showing. The Case starts to take an extremely dangerous turn and Scarlett can’t keep holding back from Kennedy.

Hilarious Book. Love these lawyer stories!

Book Review – Lilliana Jones and the Temple of Groom – Rich Amooi

4 stars

Great book to get a good laugh.

After being told of her furtune, Lilly decides to go across the world. She meets a man on an airplane that decides to be her tour guide. Because he is the complete opposite of her, Marco is completely frustrating. BUT, he starts to grow on her. And she realizes that she actually enjoys his company. But once he finds her destination, she realizes she has falling for him.

Marco is in Rome to see his family before he goes to Australia for work. He constantly travels for work so he has no time for a relationship. But, on the airplane listening to this crazy woman talking in her sleep, he just has to take her on a tour.

What this crazed planner goes through is down right hilarious. Marco, being the king of spontaneous, drags her every where in the time frame they have. They have these moments of pure awesomeness.

Book Review – Ryder (Slater Brothers, #4) – L.A. Casey

5 stars

The Oldest brother. The one that raised all the others as his own.

The Older sister. The one that raised Bronagh.

Together they were the parental figures. Always taking care of the siblings before themselves.

They were the first to fall in love. Not in secret to his family. But behind closed doors for Bronagh. Together they seen all their family fall in love and change to something better. All the while, their relationship fell apart. Branna wanted more from him than the distant man he has become. She wanted Ryder the way he was before.

Regardless all the Slater brothers are just a big pile of assholiness. But my GOD. They are sooo damn hot. And it makes you want to gather them up and lock them in your closest. Ryder has that leader figure about him that makes him hide things, thinking its best to not say stuff. When in reality it obviously hurts more than it helps.

And Just like Bronagh, Branna has that hotheadishness in her.

Fantastic book.. and I am so sad I have to wait for the next one L

Book Review – Treacherous (Carter Kids #1) – Chloe Walsh

5 stars

OKAY – So this book had me all like…

Constantly. Between Teagan and Noah, my head was spinning right round. A Girl from Ireland. A boy with a messed up upbringing. Together, they are a bomb. One minute they are at each other’s throat and another they are caring for each other. (Reminds of me Pink’s “You make me Sick” video).

They have this attraction that they constantly fight. And the fight it with words and it really does hurt them. It makes you want to cry out of sadness and angry tears.

Since Teagan came here, she became friends with Noah’s closest friends. Which brings them together more. When they finally give in to their attractive the LOVE/HATE thing they have its like magnified by 1000. And it gets so frustrating.

But being these kids are still in high school so Teegs is 17 and Noah is 18. There is the other girls DRAMA. Stupid Jealous shit drama!

SOOOO… because of all these little spoiled brat kids, everything is completely ruined. All the work that was done, the secrets that were shared. Those ass whoopins that happened. It was all for nothing.

So, obviously because of my emotional outbursts, i adored this book. It isn’t the sugar coated shit you usually get. It isn’t pretty. It isn’t sweet love words.

I need the next ones like now.

Book Review – Seduction (devil’s den 2) – Violetta Rand

Two people that has some serious issues comes together in a wild ride.

Craig is macho man. He was in lust (?) With Marisela sister previously, but once Marisela is back in town, he wants her.

Marisela seems like a spoiled brat but went through some serious stuff while away at college and has a hard time opening up.

Together they are just a exploding bomb. Constantly fighting and making up. Marisela continues to rub from her issues while Craig wants to fight her. Seemed like everything went incredibly fast in this book
